Understanding Every Step of Your Fulfilment Costs

We’ll welcome an initial conversation to understand the needs of your business and once you’ve received your detailed quotation there is nothing else (and nothing hidden!). Our pricing structure is listed below but we believe that buying on price alone is one of the big mistakes people make when buying 3PL or anything else for that matter. 01. Receive

You’ll pay for us receiving, verifying and putting away your inbound stock.

Your stock may arrive in cartons, on pallets or in containers – costs here will be included in your own detailed proposal once we have a further understanding of your inbound inventory.

02. Storage

You’ll pay for the storage of your stock – whenever practicably possible we’ll apply a £ per cubic meter (cbm) pricing where you simply pay for just the space taken by your product. We measure the outer dimensions of your product and as we book it into our warehouse the total volume of goods held is calculated. This figure automatically increases or decreases as your stock volume held goes up & down.

Our storage prices start from £1.96 per cbm per week (£8.50 per cbm per month).

03. Pick and Pack

You’ll pay a fixed pre agreed ‘pick rate’ and this will be based on either per item + subsequent item or per complete outer, dependant on your business model. For some B2B models we may charge by the hour – all options will be explained and agreed with you before we start.

Our pick & pack prices are order volume dependant and start from £1.76 1st pick / £0.24 additional picks, same order.

04. Packaging

General Packaging

Once we understand your products and packaging requirements, we can quote you for all packaging that’s required – from bags and boxes to void fill and tape to pallets and shrink wrap – we have it all covered at discounted rates through our premium packaging suppliers.

Bespoke or Printed Packaging

Perhaps you have requirement for bespoke or printed packaging, not a problem, we can provide this service too. Of course, we also accept packaging provided by you if that’s your preference.

Whenever possible we do of course avoid plastics – we want you and your end customer to know that once they open their box and remove their product, everything that’s left is recyclable!

Your packaging requirements are likely to be quite unique to your business, once again any costs here would be presented as part of your own detailed proposal.

05. Delivery

We have direct delivery partner relationships with DPD, DHL, Fedex/TNT, Royal Mail and UPS. Again, we’ll listen to your requirements, look at your products and suggest best options available – this final stage of the fulfilment delivery process is crucial as it’s the stage that’s visible to the end customers – by working with delivery partners that mirror our own high standards we ensure it’s a positive user experience all round!

We also work with Palletways and Palletline to manage palletised deliveries – we have the solutions for your larger deliveries to your B2B customer or perhaps to Amazon or Boots, for example.

Our prices for delivery are order volume dependant and start from

£3.95 Tracked economy service (2-3 days)

£4.45 Tracked next day service.

06. Delight

We don’t charge for this bit 😉 – with many satisfied customers, that is reward enough!
